  2. When did you last leave the house alone, with no errand attached?
  3. Do you have one person you can text honestly about your child without being judged?
  4. Have you eaten three real meals today?
  5. Are you carrying your child's anxiety in your body (jaw, shoulders, stomach)?
  6. When did you last move your body in a way that felt good?
  7. Are you saying yes to school events you don't have the bandwidth for?
  8. Have you had a check-up in the last year?
  9. Do you have a therapist, coach, mentor, or oracle reader you can lean on?
  10. Are you the only adult holding the emotional load of your child's school life?
