How much social fuel does your kid actually have? Helps with playdates, parties, and weekend planning.

  1. After a one-hour playdate, how is your child? (Energized, neutral, tired, melting down)
  2. After a birthday party, how is your child? (Same options)
  3. After a full school day, how is your child by 5 p.m.?
  4. Can your child do back-to-back social events in one day? (Yes, sometimes, no, never)
  5. How does your child respond to a surprise visitor? (Happy, neutral, withdraws, melts down)
  6. How long can your child play in a group of three or more before needing a break? (Minutes, an hour, a few hours, all day)
  7. Does your child prefer parallel play (next to a friend) or interactive play (with a friend)?
  8. How does your child handle 'just one more' requests at the end of a play date?
  9. How does your child describe the day after a sleepover?
  10. How long does it take your child to recover from a school field trip?
