California Poppy : Tincture
Eschscholzia californica
This is the tincture form of California Poppy. It helps with falling asleep and with nighttime waking. Often combined with chamomile or lemon balm in commercial sleep formulas.
Typical pediatric dose
Tincture: 5 drops in water at bedtime for kids 6+. Look for kid-formulated brands.
Safety notes
Avoid combining with prescription sedatives. Pregnancy contraindicated.
