Kiwi Fruit

Two kiwifruit one hour before bed has been studied as a sleep aid. The serotonin precursor content and antioxidant profile do real work. Good for kids who like fresh fruit.

Typical pediatric dose

1-2 kiwi 1 hour before bed.

Safety notes

Latex-fruit allergy cross-reactivity. Avoid if known allergy.
