Magnesium Glycinate
Magnesium glycinate is the gold-standard form for sleep and calm in kids. It's gentle on the gut and well absorbed. Most US kids run low on magnesium, especially picky eaters.
Typical pediatric dose
Kids 4-8: 65-100 mg/day. Kids 9-13: 200-300 mg/day. Best taken with dinner or 1 hour before bed.
Safety notes
Too much causes loose stools. That's the body telling you to back off. Talk to your pediatrician if your child has kidney issues.
