Magnesium Glycinate : Capsules (Pure Encapsulations)

This is the capsules form of Magnesium Glycinate. It's gentle on the gut and well absorbed. Most US kids run low on magnesium, especially picky eaters.

Typical pediatric dose

Kids 4-8: 65-100 mg/day. Kids 9-13: 200-300 mg/day. Best taken with dinner or 1 hour before bed.

Safety notes

Too much causes loose stools. That's the body telling you to back off. Talk to your pediatrician if your child has kidney issues.
