Rescue Remedy is the famous five-flower Bach blend. It is alcohol-free for kids in the pastilles and pearls form. Used for acute moments: meltdown in the parking lot, night terrors, post-fight calm.
Typical pediatric dose
1 pastille or 4 drops as needed. Up to 4x/day.
Safety notes
Glycerin-based versions are sweet, watch dental hygiene. Generally very safe.
